Plutonic Power Announces Resolution Results from Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, BC, May 29, 2009 - Plutonic Power Corporation (PCC - TSX) held its 2009 Annual General Meeting in Vancouver on May 28, 2009. Resolutions passed at the meeting were:

  • Re-election of Plutonic's existing Board of Directors, who are:

    • Walter Segsworth
    • Donald McInnes
    • Stuart ("Tookie") Angus
    • Peter Flynn
    • Grigor Cook
    • Michael Volker
    • William Lindqvist

  • Reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditors for Plutonic Power for the ensuing year
"We expect 2009 will be filled with milestone achievements and activity for our company as we continue to play a leadership role in helping BC reach its goal of self-sufficiency," said Vice-Chair and CEO Donald McInnes. "The commitment of the returning board members to maintain direction and stability in our business plan gives us certainty as we move forward."
